Police have not yet confirmed if these incidents are related. Police are urging residents to lock their doors and windows, and to report any suspicious activity.

POLICE SEARCH FOR THAT SUSPICIOUS PERSON. I WAS JUST HONESTLY FROZEN WITH FEAR. ISABEL HASSELBECK SAYS SHE’S ALWAYS FELT SAFE IN THE OAK SQUARE NEIGHBORHOOD IN BRIGHTON. BUT ON SUNDAY, SHE WAS SHAKEN WHEN SHE FOUND A MAN LURKING AROUND HER HOUSE AT 3:00 IN THE MORNING. HE, LIKE, LOOKS RIGHT AT ME INTO MY EYES AND THEN INSTEAD OF, LIKE, RUNNING AWAY OR ANYTHING, HE JUST, LIKE, STAYS THERE AND THEN LIKE, CREEPS AWAY REALLY, REALLY SLOWLY. SO THAT’S WHEN I CALLED THE POLICE. WHEN POLICE ARRIVED, THE MAN WAS GONE. BUT CLUES THAT HE HAD BEEN LOOKING THROUGH SEVERAL WINDOWS WERE THERE. WE WENT OVER AND THEY HAD FOUND A CHAIR PROPPED UP WHERE THE WINDOWS WERE TOO HIGH, SO IT WAS CLEAR HE HAD BEEN LIKE LOOKING IN OUR LIVING ROOM. SO IT JUST FEELS OBVIOUSLY REALLY ICKY AND VIOLATING TO KNOW SOMEONE WAS LIKE WATCHING US. A SIMILAR PEEPING TOM SITUATION HAPPENED JUST THREE MINUTES UP THE ROAD LAST MONTH. BOSTON POLICE RELEASING THIS VIDEO OF A MAN SNOOPING AROUND A HOME WHERE EIGHT BOSTON COLLEGE STUDENTS LIVE. I LOOKED AT THE PICTURES OF THE OTHER MAN AND THEY I MEAN, THEY’RE BOTH JUST WERE WEARING HOODIES AND KIND OF LIKE STOCKY MEN. AND I HONESTLY COULDN’T TELL FROM THE PICTURE, BUT IT COULD BE THE SAME GUY. POLICE HAVE NOT SAID IF THE TWO INSTANCES ARE RELATED. REGARDLESS, HASSLE BACK AND HER LANDLORD ARE TAKING PRECAUTIONS. I’M HERE THE NEXT DAY, DOUBLE CHECKING ALL THE LOCKS, LOOKING AROUND FOR ANYTHING. I THINK WE’RE JUST GOING TO MAKE SURE ALL OF OUR WINDOWS ARE REINFORCED AND NOT SLEEPING WITH THEM OPEN ANYMORE. AND THEN WE’RE GOING TO TALK TO OUR LANDLORD ABOUT A RING CAMERA. POLICE ARE URGING RESIDENTS TO LOCK THEIR WINDOWS AND DOORS. CONSIDER INSTALLING SECURITY DEVICES AND TO REPORT ANY SUSPICIOUS BEH
