Uchi Sushi Restaurant Coming to Boston's Fort Point in 2027
Uchi is bringing its bluefin and tasting menus to Boston's Fort Point in 2027. High-end Japanese restaurant chain, Uchi, is set to open in Boston's Fort Point neighborhood in 2027, moving into a 7,100-square-foot space at 374 Congress Street. The restaurant, founded by Tyson Cole, is known for its elevated non-traditional Japanese cuisine, featuring sushi, sashimi and a menu that blends tradition with modern flair. Once open, Uch will include seating for 210 people, including 11 at a sushi counter, 17 at a bar, and 26 in a private dining room. The design of the Boston project will carry design cues meant to feel distinctly local rather than imported wholesale from Texas. Uchi is part of Hai Hospitality, which also operates Uchiko, a Japanese farmhouse cuisine concept, Uichiba, an oheya tasting room, and Loro.
