JetBlue launches BlueFirst domestic first class across 30 routes, boosting tourism to Boston, New York, Fort Lauderdale, and top island destinations. JetBlue has launched its new domestic first class service, BlueFirst, which will connect major East Coast cities such as New York, Boston and Fort Lauderdale to some of the most sought-after sun destinations. The airline designed the service specifically for short-haul aircraft that lack lie-flat Mint seats. Each seat features updated entertainment screens, power outlets, and Bluetooth pairing. Passengers can also enjoy bento-style meals and complimentary wine and spirits on eligible routes over 899 miles. The move is expected to boost visitor numbers to key beach destinations and cultural hubs. The launch of BlueFirst has been welcomed by local tourism authorities and local businesses.
