Testimony resumes Wednesday after a medical expert testified that Sandra Birchmore's death was a homicide. Matthew Farwell is accused of killing Birchmore in 2021 to hide a sexual relationship that began when she was a minor. Prosecution witness William Farwell testified under an immunity agreement with the federal government about his relationship with Sandra Birchm.
