He faces charges including kidnapping, reckless endangerment of child, open and gross lewdness, receiving a stolen motor vehicle, shoplifting by asportation, and malicious damage to property. The child was taken to the hospital and reunited with their parents before being transferred to the care of the hospital. Pryien is being held without bail and is due back in court on November 3 for a dangerousness hearing.
