Pam Feingold, the senior vice president of community lending at Eastern Bank, has been recognized for her extensive impact on nonprofit and affordable housing communities in Boston. She was instrumental in helping Pine Street Inn founder Lyndia Downie find permanent homes for homeless people and was a key figure in the organization's expansion into development. Feingard was also a key player in projects such as Father Bill’s conversion of a Brockton motel into permanent housing and Eastern’s $14 million loan to convert a Lowell loft into 250 artists’ studios, along with living spaces and a gallery, among other notable projects. After Feingald died in March, Eastern donated $1 million to Alice's Place in memory of her.
