The gala will include a night of dinner, drinks, entertainment, and recognition. Nominations are now open for the prestigious awards. The Start-up of the Year award recognizes a company that has grown into an industry leader through growth and innovation. The De&I Initiative award recognises groups that have advanced diversity, equity, and inclusion in the workplace by championing the contributions of employees representing marginalized groups. The Biotech Innovation award recognizes companies or organizations that have conceived a new or advancing biopharmaceutical product, manufacturing process or ground-breaking technology that yielded significant results. The Lifetime Achievement award recognizes an individual who has served the industry beyond the call of duty throughout a distinguished career.
