Red Sox Make Trade on Morning of Opening Day
The Boston Red Sox continue their transactions ahead of the first game of the season. Christian Koss has been traded to the Giants, while Frank German has been released after returning to the Red Sox. Koss, who hit.237/.285/.351/.636 with a homer in 34 games at AAA last season, was moved to the San Francisco Giants. German was released after not making an impact in the organization.
